Located in a conservation area, Stottingway Street in Upwey required careful and detailed planning to obtain permission for 3 new houses on a restricted site with an existing partially demolished house.
With the developer under the impression that a maximum of two new dwellings would be possible, we exceeded expectations and created a highly-attractive build of three new dwellings which reflected the vernacular architecture.
