This distinguished privately owned residence, situated on the northern edge of the New Forest National Park, had been in the same family’s ownership since 1633, with notable historical links to Admiral Nelson.

We helped our client navigate the challenging Listed Building Consent for refurbishment and extension; together with refurbishment and partial conversion of the outbuildings; new garaging for c.12 cars; swimming pool and tennis court; enlarged lake; and landscaping to include a renewable energy strategy. All to provide a private residence for the owners.
