Broadridge
Broadridge is a residential design project in Dorset, transforming a brownfield site into fifteen new homes, including four social housing units. Set within a conservation area, the design responds carefully to scale, massing and materiality, ensuring the new development sits comfortably within its rural setting rather than imposing upon it.
The result is a scheme that delivers much-needed homes, including affordable provision, while respecting the qualities that make the conservation area worth protecting.
