Dorchester Road
Dorchester Road is an urban project in the coastal Dorset town of Weymouth, where we provided a full-service package for a developer client to demolish a dilapidated house and replace it with six new build homes.
Feasibility and optimum housing requirements were at the heart of the project, with careful site planning essential to maximise the number of homes deliverable on a constrained urban plot.
