Duntish Mill Farm
Duntish Mill in West Dorset was an early 20th century farmstead without any existing dwelling, set in open countryside. Planning was initially secured for the brief of the site, then resubmitted during works to double the size of the house for a young family.
Our full-service offer secured permission for a new dwelling house and three holiday lets, alongside a biomass boiler system for renewable district heating and solar PV for electricity, delivering a low-carbon outcome across the whole site.
