Wadham House
Wadham House is a conversion project for a developer client in a conservation area of Dorchester, requiring sympathetic design, planning and archaeological investigation. The site, a former council office, had already been converted into six flats prior to our involvement.
Our full-service package focused on enhancing the existing scheme, balancing the practical needs of the developer with the sensitivities of working within a designated conservation area.
